At Chris Riley, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Chris Riley tags attached to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
